Leiba L. Legal regulation of land decision

The dissertation deals with complex and comprehensive analysis of modern theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of land disputes decision. The historical and legal analysis of creation and development of legislation dealing with land disputes decision has been made. The issues of content, essence, features and peculiarities of a land dispute, its relation to a land conflict during reformation of land relations are researched. According to the revealed essence, features and peculiarities of land disputes and taking into account the new criteria, their classification is proposed. The ratio of judicial and the extrajudicial procedure of the decision of land disputes is analyzed, the advantages of each procedure has been dealt with and proved. On the basis of analysis of problems of land disputes decision the author gives arguments concerning creation of special land courts in the judicial system of Ukraine
