Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the legal grounds of regulation of economic relations between the European Union and third countries. Special attention is given to the growing role of the EU law involving third countries into the process in integration in the Union. The main tool of such inviting involvement is the acquis communautaire having internal and exis of the European integration. In the process of cooperation between the EU and third counties the provisions of the acquis communautaire are usually stipulated in legal acts regulating. Thus, the EU law is becoming an integral part of legal orders in the third countries broadening the legal framework for greater integration in Europe.
