Essay

In microbiological studies of bioptic samples of stomach and duodenum in 109 patients with peptic ulcer and gastroduodenites, frequency of occurence of various representatives of mucosal microflora, concentration, biological properties, sensitivity to antimicrobial preparations were determined, microbial interactions at the level of separate subpopulations and microbial associations were characterized. There was determined effect of microbial interactions in associations which persist in microaero- and capnophilic conditions on H. pylori concentration, antibiotic sensitivity of helicobacters and concomitant mucosal microflora, bacteriophage sensitivity of opportunistic bacteria. Experimental substantiation of the use of specific bacteriophages and Aerococcus viridans strain №167, which is a basis of probiotic A-bacterinum, at gastroduodenal pathology was given.
