Schukin O. Legal Status of Medical Workers according to the Labour Legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation presents comprehensive investigation of both theoretical and practical issues in legal regulation of medical workers' labour according to labour legislation in Ukraine. The main criteria of the branch differentiation of legal regulation of medical workers' labour in Ukraine have been analyzed. The definition of medical worker' has been given along with the more precise specification of enumeration of the main professional labour rights and duties. The peculiarities of making, changing and breaking off the employment contract with a medical worker have been examined. The research proves the necessity of complementary grounds determination for the breach of contract with a medical worker, temporary transferring to another post, enlistment of medical workers to overtime hours. The specificity of working time, rationing and regulation of work, salary and responsibility of medical workers have been analyzed. The main directions in labour and medical law improvement in Ukraine have been determined as to the regulation of medical workers' labour and practice of its implementation."
