Essay

The researgh object - vibrocasteded fired corundumspinel and corundumpericlase crucibles for induction melting of heatproof alloys; the research purpose - technology development and manufacture organisation in Ukraine of vibrocasteded corundumspinel and corundumpericlase crucibles; methods - methods of phase composition and structure researches of materials and samples: petrographical, X-ray, microroentgenspectral and electron-microscopy, as well as standard methods of open porosity, appearent and true density, cold crushing strenght, residual change of sizes, initial softening temperature, determination of thermal shock resistance; theoretical and practical results - theoretical and practical principles of the manufucture of vibrocasteded fired corundumspinel and corundumpericlase crucibles are developed; for the fist time the technology of vibrocasteded fired corundumspinel and corundumpericlase crucibles for melting of heatproof alloys; the novelty - an influence of diferent dilution additives, of grain and chemical composition on processes of the phase and structure forming in fired corundumspinel and corundumpericlase crucibles is determined; the extent of application - developed technolody is applicated to production in Ukraine on OJSC "UkrNIIO named after A.S. Berezhnoy" where the manufacture of vibrocasteded fired corundumspinel and corundumpericlase crucibles is realized; the fild of application - crucibles for induction melting a wide range of heatproof alloys on nickel and cobalt base, including important function.
