Kindiy V. Clinico-experimental evaluation of dental alloys for casting after many times smelting.

In the thesis there were brought the generalizations and the new resolving of the scientific task - possibility of the application of the alloys Remanium GM 700 and Remanium CSe after many times smelting for the application of unremovable souundcasting constructions of dentures, worked out the way of multismelting. On the basis of the laboratory, experimental and clinical data of the investigations it bevomes possible to confirm that the method of six-times smelting provides the increased rate of alloys Remanium GM 700 and Remanium CSe. Accoding to the structure, qualitive and quantative contents of elements the mentioned alloys the indicated alloys ansuer the requirements of materials the application of which take plase in biologically active medium of organism of a man. Тоxico-morphological, microscopic investigations in the experiment and investigation in clinic (pH of the oral cavity, lysozyme, acidic and alkaline phosphotates, difference of electropotentials, antimicrobic activity, cellular reaction of mucons membrane and circular parodontium) proved their biological inertness. Recirculation dicrouses the expenditure of alloys that provide acceessibility of prosthetics from the studied alloys of wide strata of society.
