The dissertation is devoted to peculiarities of clinic, flow and treatment of the chronic periodontitis caused by bacterial-fungous associations. The received results have formed a basis for development of specific treatment of the periodontitis caused by bacterial-fungous associations. The nearest and remote results have confirmed efficacy of the suggested treatment in 81 % of observations. Dynamics of changes of parameters of the general IgA and IgM is marked after treatment both the suggested local method, and complex. Besides functional activity of neutrophiles also considerably grew at use of a complex method of therapy. Thus, the suggested method of treatment of the periodontitis caused by bacterial-fungous associations, increase efficacy of treatment of periapical processes and it is recommended to application.
