Ohienko V. Private deposits warranting system in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretically-methodical and organizational grounds for creation of Public Deposits warranty Fund in Ukraine state side. Grounded expedience of strengthening state functions in maintenance of warranting public deposits return in case of force-majeur in banking system. In dissertation classification of the ways of protection of private deposits is offered. Economic-mathematical models to define optimum amount of probable deposit loss refund with keeping financial firmness and reliable activity of PDWF. Grounded expedience of Fund functions extention on activity of non-banking financial-credit institutions in providing deposit warranting of private people and legal entities. Special attention is paid to expedience of providing warranties of keeping deposits of representatives of small business. The ways of improvement of valid legislation in sphere of protection of private property of Ukrainian citizens are offered in this work.
