Essay

Theoretical, methodological and methodical recommendations on increasing the effectiveness of a region banking system are substantiated. Definitions of the notions "region banking system" and "social effectiveness of region banking system" are formulated. Factors of formation of the effective region banking system are classified. Methodology of its avaluation is desined and tested. Offers on convergence of strategy of development of bank activity in region with strategy of development of business-environment of region are proved.
