Trufan I. The Legal Procedure of the Small Rivers in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the complex and detailed research of the legal regime of the small rivers in Ukraine. In thesis features of legal regulation of use and protection of the small rivers are investigated, their concept and the maintenance are opened. Complex studying system of the bodies which are carrying out the government in the branch of use and protection of the small rivers is lead, and their activity in the given area is analyzed. Separate questions of the legal responsibility for violation of the water legislation are considered. Legal ideas, the sights of scientists concerning a legal regime of the small rivers are reflected in work. Complex research of legal certificates which adjust the given attitudes is lead, materials judicial and law enforcement bodies of some areas of Ukraine are used. In the dissertation conceptual positions are formu-lated, new offers concerning improvement of a legal regime of the small rivers in Ukraine are proved.
