Usachov A. Methods of representation and processing of the information in expert system for management of a telecommunication network of special assignment

Object of research - managerial process by a telecommunication network of special purpose on the basis of use of expert system. The purpose of research - increase of efficiency of functioning of a network due to introduction in its contour of management, expert system of support of decision-making. Research receptions - methods of the theory columns, making functions, the theory of representation of knowledge, the theory of the information, the theory of decision-making, the theory of utility, the theory of mass service. Practical value of the received results - the model of frame representation of object of management is developed, allows to describe a subject domain and displays the considered telecommunication network from the point of view of the decision of problems of management at use of expert system; the developed methods of representation and processing of the information, can be used at creation of the prototype of expert system for management of any telecommunication network; the developedmethod of an estimation of influence of expert system on efficiency of functioning of a telecommunication network of special purpose, can be used for an estimation of quality of management by networks of the general and special purpose. Scientific novelty of the received results - the method of a substantiation of quantitative requirements to characteristics of expert system is developed and the estimation of its influence on efficiency of functioning of a telecommunication network special purposes is lead; the frame model of a telecommunication network special purposes and the certain optimum rule of a choice of alternatives has received the further development at search of the frame based on use of information criterion; the method of an estimation of efficiency of functioning of a telecommunication network of special purpose which provides an opportunity to expert system quantitatively is advanced to estimate its condition, both at presence of the full information, and in conditions of uncertainty; The method of decision-making on management of a telecommunication network of special purpose which allows in conditions of uncertainty and multicriterion, on the basis of a quantitative estimation of alternatives is advanced, to carry out a choice of the comprehensible decision.
