Kazanchan A. The law applying activity of the institutions of local governing of Ukraine: points of theory and practice

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of law application, peculiarities of the law applying activity of the institutions and officials of local gov-erning, ways and methods of the appraisement of procedure and the results of such activity. It was determined the aim, tasks, matter and features of the law applying activity of the institu-tions and officials of local governing, subjects, objects, addressees, initiators of the law applying, analysed the procedure and the process of it. The method of the appraisement of procedure and the results of the law applying was elabo-rated on basis of criterion analysis; grounded the influence of such factors on the efficiency of the law applying activity of the institutions and officials of local governing, level of the legislative, material and technical, financial, information, scientifically innovating ensuring of such activity. It was also proposed and theoretically proved the legislative enactment on increasing of the effectiveness of the law applying activity of the institutions and officials of local governing.
