The dissertation is devoted to improvement of products quality and the efficiency of the complex technical objects closed-opened ACS by development and introduction of the technical diagnostics automated system information support and elimination of latent infringements in complex systems work. Concerning to the closed-opened ACS the methods of technical diagnostics on the basis of the aprioristic and aposterioristic information of management object are analyzed. The general structure of the automated information system of technical diagnostics and indemnification of latent infringements in work of closed-opened ACS is developed. The subsystem of information diagnostics of the reasons of infringements in work of closed-opened ACS is developed. Methods of program indemnification of infringements in work of complex systems at a level of the ACS are offered. Practical introduction of results with positive technical and economic effect is carried out
