Yarova O. Foreign Exchange Control in the System of Counteraction to the "Capital Flight" in the Countries with the Transition Economy.

The dissertation is devoted to the important issues that are still not worked out completely - the analysis of the "capital flight" and the bases of functioning of the foreign exchange control system in the countries with the transition economy. The theoretical-methodical aspects of the "capital flight" and the bases of functioning of the foreign exchange control system in the countries with the transition economy are analysed and the world experience in the use of capital outflow controls is considered in the thesis. The econometrics model constructed has allowed to estimate the economic influence of the "capital flight" on the macroeconomic indexes of a country, develop the practical recommendations on the directions of counteraction to the "capital flight", stimulation its repatriation.
