Essay

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of realizing by the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine prevention of misdemeanors committed by juveniles. Theoretical and legal grounds of prevention misdemeanors committed by juveniles, the system of its subjects, place and role of the bodies of internal affairs in it are defined in this work. The main attention in this thesis is paid to the characteristics of organizational and legal grounds of preventive activity of the bodies of internal affairs in the stated field.
