Essay

Accommodative disfunction of the eye in patients with different types of refraction. The increasing of the treatment efficiency in patients with accommodative dysfunction using the new method - phosphenelectropuncture. Ophthalmological, functional: refractometry; ophthtalmoscopy; accommodative and fuzion index; biologically active point conductivity; index Cerdo; pupillography; ophthalmoreography. Electrical stimulator "Phosphen 2", stimulator ELAK, rheograph, adaptometer ARP. For the first time in patients with accommodative disorders the general and local simpatotonic autonomic nervous system disfunction was determined. The new method of treatment (phosphenelectropunctura) of these patients was offered. After the treament of patients with accommodatve disfunction with the different refraction type by this method the visual acuity was increased by 77%, absolute accommodation index - by 210%, relative accommodation index - by 58%, normalization of autonomic nervous system function. Results of researchare inculcated in the Filatov Institute, in the child hospital of the Odessa railway. A new method is effective in 98% of patients with the accommodative disfunction; this effect was saved during 6 months in 95% of patients. A sphere of use is medicine, ophthalmology.
