In the dissertation results of research of a condition cardiovascular in children with a bronchial asthma of a different degree of weight are submitted. The certain laws of development of infringements are revealed on the part of cardiovascular system, namely: secondary (metabolic) cardiomiopathy, pulmonary hypertension, a syndrome chronic pulmonary hearts, intimate insufficiency and an arterial hypertension. It is established, that development of infringements on the part of cardiovascular system displays a degree of weight of a bronchial asthma. Development of these changes depends on compliance of basic therapy of asthma. Leading syndromes of easy bronchial asthma current are functional cardiovascular infringements, of asthma intermediate - secondary cardiomiopathy and labile pulmonary hypertension, of heavy asthma - secondary cardiomiopathy, stable pulmonary hypertension, a syndrome chronic pulmonary hearts and an arterial hypertension. Criteria of formation of changes of cardiovascular system at children with asthma are developed, new diagnostic receptions and ways of definition of infringements are introduced and criteria of a degree of weight asthma (Doppler's criteria, a level of cardio specific enzymes of markers CFK that LDG) are generated on their basis. At children with a bronchial asthma definition of a level cardio specific enzymes of markers CFK and LDG1,2 is early diagnostic criterion of early morphological changes of a myocardium and can be a basis for definition of a degree of weight of a bronchial asthma. According to the revealed infringements on the part of cardiovascular system therapeutic pathogenetic complexes are developed depending on a degree of weight asthma which includes alongside with basic therapies of asthma of preparations cardiometabolic actions: aurocard, mildronat, quertsetin.
