Essay

The mathematical model of action of an impulse electric field on a system a medium - the biological cell developed. Transitional functions of electric field strength in a cell and voltage on a membrane are obtained. These functions are characterized by time constants. Measures for definition of parameters of acting impulses of external field are obtained. With mathematical model of a system a medium - a biological cell the effect of the exterior electric field impulse parameters on allocation of an impulse electric field in a biological cell is explored. The electric field in the working chamber of high voltage setup for an inactivation of microorganisms is counted.
