Object of research: vibrating process of interaction of carriers elements of a construction of the lorry with long base. The purpose of research: by improvement of existing methods, development of new models and algorithms on the basis of numerical means of the analysis. Methods of research: structural mechanics and the spectral theory of stochastic functions, FFT, subspace iterations; direct integration of Khabolt. The equipment: Intel Pentium 4 - 2.4 GHz, 1 Gb the RAM, Windows XP, Office XP. Theoretical and practical results: the technique of definition of parameters of frames vibrational load of the lorry is developed at discrete modeling with a "elastic" frame. On the basis of FFT the technique of numerical modeling of stochastic road disturbances is developed for the numerical decision of problems of oscillatory dynamics of the car. The mathematical model of elastic and nonelastic radial properties of the tire on the basis of it hysteretic characteristics is offered. Frequencies are calculated andforms of own fluctuations of a cabin of lorry's KrAZ with the purpose of finding-out of sites with potentially high degree of vibration. Novelty newly introduced: influence of final rigidity of a frame of long base lorry on settlement parameters of vibrational load in a range exceeding engineering accuracy is proved. Degree of introduction: the certificates on HC "AutoKrAZ" (Kremenchug) and GCB "Uzhnoe" (Dnepropetrovsk) on materials of researches were received. Area of use: mechanical engineering of wheel vehicles.
