Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and efficacy of the treatment of erosive and ulcerous diseases of gastroduodenal region on the background of chronic bronchitis. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and hyperacidity are met frequently in such pathology. Significance of inflamma-tory infiltration, gastritis activity, incidence of gastric mucosa atrophy in combined pathology depends on grade of Hp contamination. Patients with combined pathology have changes in physicochemical properties of biologic fluids, which depend on presence of erosive and ulcer-ous lesions and Hp infection. For diagnostics of Hp infection on the back-ground of chronic bronchitis it might be expedient to measure integral differ-ence of surface tension of exhaled air condensate and urine. The scheme of eradication treatment included Lancerol, Gastro-Norm, Amoxile and furazolidone in combination with Mucosa compositum have advantages in comparison to the scheme based on omeprazole without anti-homotoxic preparation.
