Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of histogenetic mechanisms of the development of the interatrial and interventricular septa of chick, rat and human heart on the ontogenetic stages. The dynamics of structural-functional transformations of tissue and cellular components of the heart septa by morphological and immunohistochemical methods was studied on the stages of cardiogenesis. The three-dimensional models of the interatrial and interventricular septa were made in a different periods of cardiogenesis. The main mechanisms of the reconstruction of the muscle and mesenchyme components of the heart septa were established. The embryonic sources and common pathways of the formation of the heart septa in chick, rat and man were determined as well as the ontogeny peculiarities.
