Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphogenesis of the spatial organization of myocardium in the different classes of vertebral. The histomorphological features of tissue components architecture of myocardium on the stages of cardiogenesis in Rana temporaria, chick, rat and man are explored. The basic steps of structural transformation of myocardial elements in the aspect of their mutual orientation are determined. The description of the histoarhitecture of the muscle, heamomicrocirculatory and connective tissue components from point of view of the spatial orientation of cells and cell groups was made. The processes of cellular proliferation and differentiation in the early human heart by the immunohistochemical markers Kі-67, CD-34 and vimentin were studied, and the distribution of marker-positive cells are determined. The three-dimensional models of areas of heart wall on the stages of the cardiogenesis were made.
