Object of research: processes of competitiveness formation at creation of mechanical engineering production. Purpose of research: improvement methodical approaches and instrumentation of competitiveness techniques estimation on the stage designing of her. Method of investigation and instrumentation: methods of systematic analysis, abstract-logic approach, methods of statistical analysis, mathematical analysis, economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: for the first time methodical approaches to competitiveness analysis on the stage designing of techniques of volume and demands quality has been offered with the help of usage of dynamic factors. They enable one to determine change of their critical indexes which competitive advantages of estimated techniques are lost; for the first time methodical bases of calculation a potential volume sale of techniques for competitiveness her estimation on the stage designing has been developed on the basis of determination of mini--mal scale level of usage of techniques model at the enterprise-consumer; change of competitiveness estimation of techniques by kinds resources expenses and kinds demands has been perfected on the basis of a time log between competitiveness of settlement level on the stage designing and his actual level at stage of usage of techniques. This is enable one to specifies an techniques competitiveness estimation on her separate properties. Methods optimisation of the basic indexes of competitiveness has been perfected on the basis of stage-bay-stage procedure of her estimation and formation of a product design. Procedure of competitiveness estimation has been perfected as cost-accounting-forecasting process, which is based on the complex account of dynamic factor in significant degree of certainty conditions and risk of competitiveness reduction; interpretation of theoretical aspects of essence of techniques competitiveness on cycle live stages with the help of consecutive formation as development object, manufactu-re,realisation and object of usage to destination has received further development. Degree of implementation: the suggested method of estimation and optimisation of the basic parameters and a level of competitiveness is implemented at the Open Joint Stock Society “Kharkov tractor plant”. The developed system of competitiveness estimation is used in association “Ukrtractor”. The methodical approaches to competitiveness analysis of volum and demands quality are on Open Company “Agromarket”.
