The thesis is dedicated to mining mathematical of the automated management system of crediting. The analysis of the system characteristics of bank is made, which one has allowed to secure intercouplings, regularity and factors influential in decision making at issue of the credits. It has enabled to define two primary goals: the forecast and formation of credit resources; a reliability analysis of clients and definition of conditions of the credit agreements. For the solution of put problems the formalizing of a system of credit parame-ters is conducted, that has allowed to execute organization of the information database of a management information system by crediting; the analytical forecasting models of motion of credit resources, credits and applications for the credit which is taking into account nonstationary of the characteristics of credit process are designed; the auto-mated management system of crediting with allowance for of features of the subsys-tem of planning and operating control is synthesized; the software by the way of pro-grammatic complex work station of the credit workers is designed.
