Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigation of cholate-forming function of the liver and of antisecretory medications' influence to the cholate-forming function of the liver in children . The method of cholate-forming function interpretation according to bile acids of hepatic bile indices is proposed. The advantage of the short term ranitidine in decreased type of disturbances of cholate-forming function of the liver.The clinical significance of the pepsinogen-1 as a risk marker of ulcer disease is proved.
