Matselik T. Administrative compulsion in the State Tax Service bodies activity

The object is human relations, which exist in the administrative-compulsory activity of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; the goal is to make theoretical basis and law regulation analysis of the administrative compulsory in Ukrainian Revenue Law, using of administrative compulsory by officials of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, which will let clearly planing and realizing activity and form on this basis corresponding proposition concerning law regulation and compulsory applying activity improvement of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; the method is dialectal, documentary, historical, logical, systematical analysis method; the new is that this work is one of the first systematical, well-grounded research of the compulsory applying ways problems in activity of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; the results are that the work materials may be used for researches, law creating, law applying, education activity.
