Mohamad S. The universal complete set for cosmetic one - moment eye prosthetic appliances

Object - the patients with enucleation of eye. Purpose - improvement of efficiency of cosmetic prosthesis after the initial enucleation with usage of the proposed universal kit for cosmetic one-time eye prosthetics which consists of an implant and a removable cosmetic prosthesis. Methods - the morphological examination, ultrasonic biometry, clinical and experimental examination, computer roentgenography, parametrical methods of statistic analysis of data "Statistica". Results - the universal kit for cosmetic one-time eye prosthesis has been developed and used for the first time. Novelty - the advantage of this kit is presence of hard junction of eye prosthesis and the implantant which have canals for the oculomotor muscles and also basis of the implant located separately, which provides the optimal volume of movement of prosthesis and good cosmetic effect; on the basis of the results of morphological and histological examination, possibility of usage for creation of the universal kit of implant materiaof sopolymer methylmethacrylate with dialyladepinate was proved scientifically, technique of photo-laser overlapping of image of iris which provides the high quality of eye pattern which is identical to patient's eye was proposed.
