Essay

It is presented the role of endothelial disfunction in patients with Hypertensive disease and chronical renal diseases. It was found decreasing of NO level more expressive in patients with Hypertensive disease and increasing of Endothelin-1 more expressive in patients with chronical renal diseases. The ET-1 coefficient (NO2 + NO3) may be used for a differential diagnostic; coefficient equal or less than 2.0 characterises Hypertensive disease, coefficient more than 2.0 - chronical renal diseases. The changes are associated with a daily profile of a blood pressure changes. endothelial disfunction influences the degree of a left ventriculum hypertrophia and is accompanied with a renal endothelial changes and the increasing of microalbuminuria.
