New advanced method of cornea treatment is experimentally and clinically grounded and suggested to use in complex treatment of perftorans instillation.As a result of experimental research it is proved that the use of perftoran instillations increases fabric oxygenation.It reconstructing activity, removes fabric swelling and speeds up cornea restoration.Comparative analysis of clinical indices of patients treated with the use of perftoran and without it has been carried out. Perftoran use considerably improves clinical indices of the disease course: cornea epithelization and inflammation phenomena alleviation are noted, time of hospital stay is shorter.In consequence of perftoran instillation the S-Ig A lowel increases in tears, it proves the immunostimulating activity which reduced the intensity and duration of inflammatory process and it makes fabrics heal rapidly.
