Zaika A. Particularities of structure functional changes in pancreas and gastric air bubble in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and differentiated approach to their treatment

This master thesis is devoted to the discussion of the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic and cholecystic structural- functional changes among the sickment with the chronical cardiac insufficiency. On the grounds of the pancreatic and cholecystic ultrasonic research data, the research of the amylase and trypsin in duodenal content and amylase or lipase in the blood serum, and also the determination of fractional- duodenal catheterization and biliferous, biochemical indicators data of bile in portion B (IV fraction) showed that the sickmen with the chronical cardiac insufficiency have the formational of the so-called “cholecystic congestion” and the “pancreatic congestion” syndrom, which are the result of the violations and the decrease of the stroke and cardiac index of the left ventricle of stroke and minute blood circulation volume and peritonium and the increase of the specific blood volume (fluid) in peritonium and the renin- hypertensinaldosterone system activation and Villebrand factor aswell as the side effects of corinphar, isosorbide dinitrate, perindoprilum. The differential approach to the chronical cardiac insufficiency sickmen treatment taking into account the state of pancreatic and cholecystic was developed. It is characterized with the positive changes from the side of structural- functional state of cholecystic and pancreatic as a result of the direct influence of these preparations on the state of these organs and also due to the systematic, blood circulation improvement and the decrease of congestion syndrome.
