Essay

This scientific thesis is devoted to the studying of the clinical course of fever of non-infectious origin in children and adolescents. Also it demonstrates motivations of pathogenetic grounds of their treatment. Non-infectious fever is considered as manifestation of hypotalamic dysfunction, predominantly neurocirculator clinical form, it appears more often on the backgrounds of sympathycotonic children. Vegetative reactivity is displayed as hyper- or asymaticothonic. Disturbances of hypophys-thyreoid and hypophys-gonadal systems and disturbance of correlation links in hormonal homeostasis were demonstrated. Usually there is tension of sympatho-adrenal axis, in some cases this system is exhausted. While substitution of non-infectious fever's complex treatment it is recommended to take into consideration vegetatic homeostasis and patient's neuro-endocrinal status.
