Gaivan I. Modelling of contract activity of an economic object in market economy conditions

Object of research are processes of planning, the account, the analysis, the control and regulation of contract activity of economic object. The purpose of research is development of models of management by contracts on the basis of construction of the new concept of the organization of the given kind of activity that provides increase of a system effectiveness of financial management of the economic object functioning in market conditions due to efficiency and probability of processing of the information. Methods - the system analysis, economic-mathematical modelling and forecasting, the theory of games, controlling, decomposition. Results: the concept of modelling of guided management of contract activity of economic object; models of budgeting of economic objects; the integrated analytical system of support of decision-making at management of contract activity of economic object; models of management of contract activity; models of management creditor debts of economic object. Novelty: for the firsttime the concept of modelling of guided management by contract activity of economic object in which basis economic-mathematical models lay that provides an effective utilization of financial, material and information resources due to efficiency and accuracy of the accepted decisions, consistency and probability of the given analytical information, decrease of charges on its reception is developed; models of budgeting of the economic objects, developed on the basis of set of contracts with use of methods of forecasting and the administrative account that provides a transparency of financial receipts to the separate centers of the responsibility under conditions of dynamic changes of normative and additional parameters; the structure of the integrated analytical system of support of decision-making is advanced at management of contract activity of economic object; have received the further development of model of management by the contract activity, developed with use of the game approach that allows to receiveoptimum parameters of the contract and provides efficiency of financial and economic activity of economic object; models of management creditor debts of the economic object, based on economic-mathematical methods which provide an opportunity of carrying out of operative forecasting and the analysis of their structure, and also acceptance of effective administrative decisions on regulation of attitudes with contractors.
