Babyak A. Administrative-procedure terms

The theoretical, legislative and practical problems of administratively-procedure terms in procedural and jurisdiction realization are investigated in the dissertation. Logic-methodological basis of determination of such notions as "term" "procedure term" are outlined in the research and proper definitions are formulated by the author. On the basis of analysis of Ukrainian administrative-procedure legislation and practice of its realization, as a result of theoretical investigation of scientific works, the author formulated a number of conclusions and proposals to chapter ІV "Conducting in cases about administrative offences" according to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offences; Regulation about attestation of public official and Typical regulation about attestation of local self- governmal public official, ratified by the decrees of Cabinet of Ministers and recommendations, aimed at improvement of administrative-procedure terms in procedural and jurisdiction realization.
