Kravchenko A. Optimization of early diagnostic of Perthes disease in children

The thesis is devoted to analysis of biochemical patterns, clinical presentation, ultrasonography and X-ray evaluation of Perthes disease in children. On the basis of clinical, biochemical and instrument examination of 60 children with Perthes disease by age of from 4 till 14 years are certain quantitative and quality disturbance of the level isentropic of mineral elements in an integral blood, ascending a level apoptosis of lymphocytes on stages of disease, increase twice of level of an egestion of an free oxyproline with a urine, decreasing of a level of a parathyroid function almost on 15 % concerning normal values is marked, and are detected characteristic clinical signs disease. On the basis of the obtained outcomes are designed and the yardsticks of early diagnostic of Perthes disease are justified, which one will allow the pediatrists, orthopedists and family doctors to prevent development of complications of disease, disability, that refines a quality of life of children.
