Essay

The dissertation covers function peculiarities of agrarian exchange in Ukraine, establishment order, forms and nature of activity; reveals peculiar features of agrarian exchange agreements. Special priority is given to functioning of agro-trading centers and their interaction with agricultural manufacturers and agrarian exchange. Advices and recommendations for legislation improvement in the area of agrarian exchange trade have been elaborated on the basis of norm-setting act analysis, resulting in decision to adopt separate regulatory legal act, taking into account specific nature of agrarian exchange functioning.
