Essay

The Object - process diagnostics of the internal bodies of patient. The purpose - development of the theory and appropriate toolkit of formalization, modeling of tasks of diagnostics of diseases of the female reproducible system, development of methods, mathematical models, algorithms, software, Medical information system for acceptance of the decisions on revealing pathologies of internal organs. The methods - theoretical researches are based on the following toolkit: digital processing of the images; the mathematical and physical analysis of physiological processes of internal organs of the patients; formalization and transformation of the information. The complete set, which has received development, of tools of formalization, modeling of tasks of diagnostics of pathologies in bodies of the patients provides objectivity and efficiency of processing of the information for acceptance of the decisions in MIS, and also provides qualitative protection of the medical information against its distortion. The results of work as applied program modules and analytical recommendations are successfully applied in urban hospital by А. and O. Tropinyh names, the results of work also are used in educational process at faculty of cybernetics in KhNTU. Branch - care of public health.
