Essay

The object is maneuvering process of maritime mobile objects; the aim is creating a Decision support system (DSS) for maneuvering control of coast guard boats and craft (CGBC) in complex navigational additions; the methods are mathematical statistics, imitating modeling simulation, research of operations and and also a method which is based on the theory and ideas of an artificial intellect; the new approach is to perfect the theory and methods of designing ship's motion control systems with creating DSS structure of integrated intellectual operating system for CBGC maneuvering control; the main results - for the first time from a position of the system approach carried out research of models and algorithms of an artificial intellect for optimum way searching in maneuvering, offered model of the account of navigating obstacles and the discrete model of a choice of an optimum way, factors of heuristic function h (x) for А*-algorithm search of a way are certain and optimized; structure DSS on the basis of navigating graph and А*-algorithm search of an optimum way is offered; the field is ships' control.
