Tuchkov S. Counterfeit as the Way of Committing a Crime.

The dissertation foceses on the complex research of counterfeit as the way of committing a crime. The study proves the essence of counterfeit to be a legal phenomenon. The aspect of describing counterfeit within the framework of a Special Part of Criminal Code is researched in the dissertation. The analysis reveals the role and the place of counterfeit in the corpus delicti, objective and subjective circumstances determining counterfeit. Objective and subjective features of counterfeit found out in the research enable to give the definition of "criminally punishable counterfeit" on the level of a specific notion. The analysis made it possible to point out some disadvantages of the criminal legislation concerning the responsibility for counterfeit and suggest the ways of their solution.
