Krivtsova V. The legal conflict as a phenomenon of judicial reality

The philosophic-judicial research of nature, peculiarities of development and forms of legal conflicts in the field of law’realization, using of law with taking intop consid-eration their common and specific features is put into practice on theoretical and practi-cal level in the dissertation. The problem of law interdependence and social conflict-ness is analyzed in a paradigm of the philosophic-juridical anthology on a basis of civi-lized, anthropological and sociocultural approach. The nature of the legal conflict as a kind and forms of juridical conflict is investigated by the way of phenomenology analy-ses and is determined its attributive characteristic. The most important components, stages of development, the subjects- participants and specific functions are character-ized, analyzed the legal mechanisms of management. The systematization of different types of social and legal conflicts is put into practice and the author's classification of legal conflicts according criterion ofpractice and valuables and behaviourism are offered on the basis of scientific approaches.The qualification of legal conflicts of juridi-cal sphere through specificity of sources and reasons of their invention, the mechanisms of development, structures of participants forms of solving are investigated by the au-thor. For the first time administrative, judicial, managerial, corporative and procedural conflicts have received philosophic-juridical and conflict valuation in the dissertation.
