Essay

The thesis deals with development of corrosion-resistant bactericidal mastics based on epoxypolymers for protection of concrete structures and parts. The problem was solved by introduction of dispersed mineral additives into the epoxy composition. The rules of technological and performance epoxypolymer properties regulation have been investigated taking into account the dispersed mineral additives surface state and its influence on the processes of epoxyamidoamine compositions.It has been shown that certain contribution into epoxyamidoamine compositions hardening process accelerating is made by bensted main centers situated on the mineral dispersed additives surface. The technological process of bactericidal epoxy mastics preparation and their application in fixing joints and in reinforced concrete sewerage structures. The developed bactericidal epoxy mastics have found their practical application as hermetizing mastics on some Kharkiv enterprises. The technical documentation on their using has been developed.
