Gacim S. International cooperation of Ukraine and Kingdom of Morocco: actuality and perspectives.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of actuality and perspectives of Ukrainian-Moroccan trade-economic cooperation. It also covers the matters of external trade of Ukraine with the countries of Africa. The author discovers places of Ukraine and Morocco in international division of labour and makes the analysis of external trade of the both countries. Investigation of specialization of Ukraine and Morocco helped finding out the segment niches in Moroccan economy which are of strategic importance for realization of trade-economic interests of Ukraine in African continent. In the research the estimation of modern state of trade relations of Ukraine and Morocco is done and tendencies of their development are determined. Huge trade disbalance between the countries was found by the method of economic-mathematical modelling that helped to investigate the problem of one-sided development of trade-economic relations between Ukraine and Kingdom of Morocco. Author discovered the same tendencies in the trade of Ukraine with the most countries of Africa. It allows creating of isomorphic model of trade-economic relations between Ukraine and the most countries of Africa. In the research there are also forecasts of external trade of Ukraine with Morocco and African countries, which were done by two methods: forecast with the help of linear trend and "exponential smoothing" by C.C.Holt. The research contains science-based ideas concerning the conception and strategy of export potential realization in trade relations of Ukraine with the countries of Africa, in particular with Morocco. The author suggests the ways of improving of institution system (tax system, property rights, bank and finance infrastructure, etc.) that will provide further development of economic relations between the countries. The mechanism of adjustment of external activity between Ukraine and Morocco was developed basing on the results of the research which comprises the levers of activation of bilateral cooperation. The research also containsthe recommendations on management structure. Author emphasizes on creation of trade representations and commissions on education, science and investments and suggests speeding up the creation of mixed trade commission.
