Essay

The work is devoted to the optimization of the treatment of the patients with autoimmune thyroiditis and the postoperative hypothyroidism with the use of the local distant cryoaction. Morphostereometry of biopsy material finds out the specific histometrical correlated types, that allows to differentiate the development stages of the pathological process in thyroid gland. LDC increases the functional activity of thyroid remnant at the patients with AIT and PH by normalization of main Т-cellular indexes and diminishing of humoral antithyroid immunity, that considerably promotes the efficiency of replacement hormonotherapy.
