The expediency of modification of portland cement by the complex component is established, that represents a system "of coarse-dispersion ferruginous - oleate of natrium - silicate of natrium" for obtaining concretes, which one have a high compressive strength, cohesion with concrete of building constructions and having capacity to harden and to type strength in conditions of an operation of low positive and sign-variable temperatures. The influence of the complex component to properties of hardening concretes and arguments of intensity of his concreting is investigated. For an assessment of efficacyy of the complex component the experimentally - statistical models of experimental and relative parameters of properties cement of the paste, solutions and concretes were used. The introduction in a structure of portland cement of the complex component results in increase of plastic strength cement of the paste and strength received cement of a rock, and also to decrease both cement of the paste, and cementof a rock and concrete in conditions of an operation of sign-variable temperatures. Thus in conditions of an operation of sign-variable temperatures is geared up shapings strength and initial modulus of elasticity of concrete at high parameters of his frost hardiness and water impermeability.
