Object: plasma shear flow in magnetic field. The objective is a analytical research of the evolution of the drift type waves and instabilities in plasma shear flow Methods: nonmodal approach. Results, novelty: The condition of the suppression of the instabilities and anomalous transport due to flow shear were determined. The results obtained give the explanations of the anomalous transport suppression which was observed in the torsotron Uragan-3M. Field of application: controlled nuclear fusion.
