Essay

The dissertation devoted to advancing of outpatient rehabilitation treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis combined with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease. These patients suffering from combined pa-thology have dysfunction of gallbladder and biliary tract, changes in liver biochemical indices, syndrome of endogen "metabolic" intoxication, acti-vation of lipid peroxidation along with reduction of antioxidative enzymes activity, secondary immunodeficiency predominantly of suppressor vari-ant. An ordinary treatment facilitates for improvement of these deviations but not for their elimination. Supplement of an ordinary treatment with glutargin and antihomotoxic preparation mucosa compositum leads to sig-nificant increase in treatment efficacy.
