Danyl'yeva I. Principles of organization and functioning of government service in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of determination of role and mechanism of realization of organization and functioning principles of state service in the system of the legal regulation of given institute. Correlation of organization and functioning principles of state service with legal principles, principles of administrative law and state administration is explored. The definition of organization and functioning principles of state service is given in the research. On the basis of analysis of national legislation and foreign experience the author gives the characteristics of organization and functioning principles of state service. The normative model of the system of principles of government service is improved. The socio-economic and political conditions of realization of state service principles to the practical activity are analysed. The author gives the elements of mechanism of realization of state service principles. The author gives the suggestions to Ukraine legislation in the sphere of improvement of state service organization and functioning according to the international standards.
