3. This is for scientific degree of Philosophy Doctor in physics and mathematics by specialty 01.04.14 - thermоphysics and molecular physics. - Odessa I.I.Mechnikov national university, Odessa, 2005. Set conformities to the law of forming and evolution in mid air and nitrogen of high temperature spherical metallic particles of W, Mo, Ta, Cu with the diameter 200 -300 mkm. It is shown, that compatible action of pinch- and skin-effect is a determinative at forming of high temperature particle in an impulsive arc generator. The parameters of the condensed dispersion phase are set, from dependence to the temperature and charge of particles from time. The reasons of flashes of particles are certain at their motion in air. The experimental values of charges of high temperature particles changed from -10-13 С tо 10-13 С thus the temperature of particles lay in scopes 1000 К - 4000 К. Offered model of electricity transfer, which allowed to calculate within an order the charge of particles. Got result can beuseat scientific researches of high temperature processes on in production of marbles, welding technology, powder-like metallurgy and technologies of incineration of metallic fuels.
