Barabash G. Features of legal regulation of work of the scientists and its improvement

In the dissertation the basic features of scientific activity are discovered, the criteria of differentiation of legal regulation of work of the scientists are revealed, among which two groups of the factors are allocated: social economic and intellectual physiological. The competitive order of occurrence of labour relations with the scientists is investigated, the cases of recruitment without competition are defined; it is offered to develop new regulations about the order of replacement of posts of the scientists of research institutes. The features of legal regulation of working hours and time of rest of the scientists are analysed; it is offered to introduce flexible, individualized and other modes of working hours in the order defined by the collective agreement. The features of legal regulation of payment for work of the scientists and stimulation of scientific creativity are investigated
