Its formation and development are being g analyzed; the principles are being taken out. Social risk of unemployment and peculiarities of the legal status of the subjects of the legal relations in this sphere, their rights and duties are being examined. The problems of the legal regulation of giving welfare services and material security by this type of welfare insurance are being considered.
