Barannyk V. Development the means and methods of the preparation blasted breaking the rock with different water conditions by using the explosives AN-FO type

The thesis is devoted to investigations the processes of forming the blasthole charges with low water resistant explosives AN-FO type during blasted breaking the rock with different water conditions. On the theoretical end experimental investigation's basis the reduction of the detonation product's primary pressure on the walls of the blasting cavity, that lead to lowering the volume of the small-sized fractions has been substantiated. The minimum charge mass that is necessary for effective loading of the water filled blastholes and the influence this explosive's moistening degree on the detonation regime have been established. New technology forming blasthole charges with low water resistant explosives and blasting the rock with different water conditions has been offered. This technology's adoption has been ensured lowering loss minerals, the volume of the dust and toxic fumes ejections in quarry's atmosphere and considerable economic effect.
